We collect only what's needed to deliver your order — nothing more — and we never sell your data.
Your name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally your email — collected at checkout solely to process and deliver your order and to send order updates.
Card, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are processed by secure, licensed payment gateways. Your card number or wallet PIN never touches our servers — we only receive a payment confirmation reference.
To fulfil orders, send delivery updates via SMS/WhatsApp, and provide support. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send at most one email a month — unsubscribe any time with one click.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with our courier partner (name, phone, address) to deliver your parcel.
Message us any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Deleting your data won't affect any warranty on past orders.
