GB Organics policy
We ship nationwide from our Gilgit dispatch centre through trusted courier partners, with tracking on every parcel.
Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days. Lahore, Karachi and other major cities: 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take an extra day or two. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day.
A flat Rs 250 delivery fee applies to all orders. Orders of Rs 5,000 or more ship completely free. The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.
COD is available across Pakistan at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready — our courier partners cannot always provide change.
Every product is sealed at origin in food-grade packaging, then padded for transit. Glass jars are bubble-wrapped and boxed. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours for an instant replacement.
You'll receive your tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS as soon as your parcel ships. You can also message us your order number any time for a live update.
